Cardholder verification for tokens

In order to comply with EMV tokenization standards, Hellgate® now supports cardholder verification as part of the tokenization process.

Every time a card is taken to file, the cardholder will be prompted to verify their identity. Hellgate used 3-D Secure to conduct the identification and verification process in alignment with the card issuer. This approach can be enabled for an account in general (please ask your support representative for help) and can be disabled for individual transactions if necessary.
