Flexible Deployment Options

Hellgate Cloud Platform services run on dedicated, single-tenant infrastructure hosted on Microsoft Azure across multiple regions. You choose a region close to your business workloads—reducing transaction latency, satisfying data residency requirements, and keeping your payment infrastructure where your operations are. For a full list of available locations, see the Azure global infrastructure overview. Always dedicated, always yours Every Hellgate service is provisioned exclusively for your organisation. There are no noisy neighbours: compute, storage, and network resources are never shared with other clients. Your payment data is physically isolated at the infrastructure level, with no possibility of cross-tenant access. We operate and manage the infrastructure on your behalf, but full data ownership stays with you. Commerce V2: shared infrastructure also available Commerce V2 is the one exception to the dedicated-only model. Alongside dedicated deployments, we also operate a shared Commerce V2 service—available for both Test and Production tiers. This means you can run production payment workloads on our shared Commerce V2 infrastructure, not just test environments. The shared service is fully managed, fast to onboard, and a cost-effective starting point when complete infrastructure isolation is not a hard requirement.
