New Operating Models

Hellgate® now supports two main operating models to enable both single-merchant and eco-system setups.

Single merchant setups are well known and allow you to operate a single merchant on your Hellgate account. With the new eco-system operating model you now can facilitate payments in an eco-system setup with many affiliated merchants. These merchants can be legal entitities of your group or even third parties.

Eco-system setups require activation by our support. Please contact us for more information and what prerequisites are required.

Anyhow we also made it easier for you to configure your merchant(s) yourself directly form the app but also from them API.
